Compassionate Hearing Healthcare
Audiology 2000, Inc., founded by Dr. Therese Deierlein, has served the Hearing Impaired community for over 35 years. We provide a full range of Audiological services including diagnostic testing as well as the dispensing of the most technologically advanced Digital Hearing Instruments and accessories in a Private Practice setting located on the East Side in New York City. Our commitment and goal is to stay abreast of all of the latest advances in Hearing Instrument technology as well as evolving diagnostic procedures to assist the hearing impaired. We have extensive experience in servicing international clientele and welcome patients from around the world. We also offer remote fitting and reprogramming of Hearing Instruments for patients who are unable to travel to our office.
Meet Our Hearing Professionals
All of our Patient Care Coordinators (PCC’s) are dedicated and committed to assisting with scheduling appointments, insurance questions and reimbursement issues as well as customer service questions including follow-up on Hearing Instrument orders or repairs and ordering supplies. They will gladly answer any questions and are available Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
